All Home Mobility Equipment

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 3 business days of installation completion.

A 50% restocking fee will be applied to all returns or exchanges.

Customer is responsible for all removal and reinstallation costs.

The equipment must be in like-new condition with no damage or wear.

A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before initiating the return process.
Stairlifts (Straight and Curved)

No returns or exchanges are accepted for custom lifts once order has been placed and the lift is in production.

All sales are final due to the custom nature of these products.
Additional Terms

The company reserves the right to inspect the equipment before processing any refunds.

Any modifications will void all return eligibility.

Refunds will be processed only after the equipment has been successfully removed and inspected.

The company is not responsible for any wall, floor, or structural repairs needed after stairlift removal.
