Return Policy

All Home Mobility Equipment

  • Returns or exchanges may be requested within 3 business days of installation completion.

  • A 50% restocking fee will be applied to all returns or exchanges.

  • Customer is responsible for all removal and reinstallation costs.

  • The equipment must be in like-new condition with no damage or wear.

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before initiating the return process.

 

Stairlifts (Straight and Curved)

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for custom lifts once order has been placed and the lift is in production.

  • All sales are final due to the custom nature of these products.

 

Additional Terms

  • The company reserves the right to inspect the equipment before processing any refunds.

  • Any modifications will void all return eligibility.

  • Refunds will be processed only after the equipment has been successfully removed and inspected.

  • The company is not responsible for any wall, floor, or structural repairs needed after stairlift removal.
